The Bugatti Galibier Is Bold and Beautiful

bugatti-galibierThe Bugatti Galibier concept was presented recently at Molsheim in France. It is meant to be one of the most elegant, powerful, and exclusive cars in all the world — if not the most.

There are a lot of special factors about this vehicle — which there would have to be, of course, if it is meant to be so special (read: outrageously expensive).

It was inspired by several other vehicles and it was named, in part, after a very difficult pass found along the famed Tour de France.

It is made out of aluminum, as well as carbon fiber parts which are handmade and colored a dark blue.

Looks Like Taurus Is Rising!

ford-taurusI have probably said this before — I am not the biggest fan of Ford cars ever born. In the past I have especially not been a fan of the Ford Taurus. Earlier models, in addition to being big and bulky, it sort of looked like a copy cat — the headlights made it look like an overblown, bloated Neon. Now, I love Neons, but they sort of look like they are trying to look like the poor man’s Porsche a lot of the time, so the Taurus got a double fault. It’s sort of how bands like Creed started trying to sound like Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam, and then a new generation of hacks (like “Daughtry,” amirite?) started trying to copy Creed’s sound.

But anyway! The new 2010 Ford Taurus doesn’t bug me too badly. It’s not solely for family drivers any longer, and the style shows that. It looks a bit more modern — and all I can say is, it’s about time!

Choosing The Right Car For You!

efficiencyNow that the Cash 4 Clunkers program is over, I have to say that I find myself thinking that I should’ve looked for a brand new car when I had the chance … however that got me thinking about what I want in a car.  If you are in the position of shopping for a brand new car, what do you want out of your car?  Well, that is a question that you need to ask yourself.

Choosing a car for you is something that is difficult and hard – it is not a decision that you really want to take lightly.  That is the reason why you need to do your research.  Researching the brands of cars that you want or even the models is absolutely something you should do even before you go to the dealer!

Buying a car is huge and while I am not quite sure what I want yet – I am doing my research and gathering my data!

The Astounding Opel/Vauxhall Astra

astraImages of the new, stylish Opel/Vauxhall Astra have not been around for all that long. After all, the hatchback with five doors will not be unveiled until later this month, at the motor show in Frankfurt. The vehicle was created at the GM design studio in Europe. It is the sixth generation of this particular silhouette, which leads by the cab, features a steep windscreen, and has a sloping roof in the rear.

However, contrary to its predecessors, it is longer, at 4400 millimeters; the wheelbases are 71 millimeters longer.

The design cues are purposely similar to those seen in the Insignia, both inside of the vehicle and outside of it.

Some things are different, however, meant to be innovative. These include the light signatures, which are shaped like wings, as well as the reversed blade on the flank of the vehicle.

Ford Boosts Production Of F-150, Escape: Thanks To C4C!

89580286_optFord is one of the only automakers that has not only one that has lasted through all of the bankruptcy times and now – now, they are certainly churning out some of the quality products.  Cash for Clunkers is certainly a program that has churned out a profit for Ford and I think that is actually awesome.  August sales for Ford have been at their highest for the year and that is truly incredible.

However, there are two trucks actually that have jumped up in sales.  The F-150 as well as the Escape are two trucks that have sky-rocketed in the sales department, which has sent production into overtime … which means that more jobs and more jobs are going to be created and calling back, which is fantastic!

Right now, 10,000 units are needed for the F-150’s, which is great and truly puts the workers back up to full-time!

The 2010 Devon GTX: It’s Brand Spankin’ New!

2010 Devon GTX When I think of a sports car – the first car that usually comes to mind is the Ford Mustang … honestly, that is almost the first sports car that I think I have seen up close however, now the 2010 Devon GTX is the one car that I think is going to come to mind.  This beautiful car is an American-made supercar that was debuted on Pebble Beach.

The great thing about the 2010 Devon GTX is the carbon fiber body because it is super light and the engine is absolutely incredible.  It is a 8.4-liter V10 – yes, you read that right a V10 engine that can put forth about 650 HP to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox.  The 2010 Devon GTX is going to be the car of the year in my book – it can honestly go super fast and it looks pretty friggin’ sweet as well!

So if you have about $500,000.00 just laying around, the 2010 Devon GTX is going to be the car for you … seriously!

The Sleek Lined 2010 Cadillac SRX

2010-cadillac-srxThe Cadillac has always been something of a status symbol, and the same is still true today — especially when it comes to the 2010 Cadillac SRX. 2009 Nissan Versa: Low Cost, High Fuel Efficiency

nissan-versaCurrently I am obsessed with the idea of affordability coupled with fuel efficiency in a car, and I am sure that a lot of you are right there with me.

That is why the 2009 Nissan Versa caught my eye. Certainly the outward design did not do it. To me this car is stylishly unremarkable in every possible way — but, you know, that is okay, because its MSRP value ranges between $9,990 and $16,330. At this point in my life, if I could buy a new car for less than ten thousand dollars, I would not really car what it looked like.

Besides that, the Nissan Versa gets 31 miles per gallon in highway driving and 26 miles per gallon in city driving. I can dig that — I mean, it is certainly better than you can find in most cars. Besides, as of April of this year, the car got an improvement which allowed for one mile per gallon better to both its driving ratings.

A Sneak Peek at the 2010 Chrysler Sebring

sebringThere have been a lot of mixed reviews where past models of the Chrysler Sebring has been concerned. Personally, I myself have always been a fan. There is just something about the car, especially in convertible form, that really appeals to me. But, that being said, let’s see what popular opinion is about the new model, which has just been seen through a series of sneak peeks.

In the past, drivers were of the opinion that former models of the Sebring looked like it had been designed and put together by a league of badly trained monkeys — pretty harsh, huh? But Chrysler seemed to agree, and they cut a sort of deal with their fans — they promised to redo the car.

Now, as to the 2010 model, well, some reviewers think that Chrysler failed to improve the car, and some believe they succeeded. So really, this is a personal debate. But still, I’d love one of the convertibles.

2010 Cadillac SRX: What’s The Future Hold?

If there is one brand of car that I am not exactly sure of the future of, it is going to be the Cadillac.  This particular brand of cars are constantly being cut down and I think that GM is actually going to sell off the Cadillac brand and they could actually fizzle out – while that makes me sad, what makes me pretty happy is the 2010 Cadillac SRX.   While I am not exactly sure if this particular SUV is going to come out, it is still one SUV to be excited about.

This SUV is pulling out all of the stops and to be honest, I think that it looks amazing.  Just the overall body work they did on the 2010 Cadillac SRX and the wheels are something to be extremely proud of.  As soon as you look under the hood though, you know that you are going to be able to drive this car around for a very, very long time.

This beautiful crossover is one of the most expressive crossover vehicles from Cadillac and I think that it is going to do a lot of good … if it comes out that is.
