The design for this year’s Mustang GT took inspiration from the F-18 Hornet aircraft of the Blue Angels. The Mustang GT model boasts of a stunning chrome blue exterior finish with eye-catching yellow stripes. Of course, the GT model also carries the Blue Angels crest and script on the exterior. The GT’s racing seats also features the Blue Angels crest.

The Blue Angels-inspired Mustang GT model is equipped with screen images for easy navigation, safety belts made of fabric, and top performance gauges. Furthermore, when you open the doors, the puddle lamps reveal images of jet planes to pay tribute to the Blue Angels. The Mustang GT carries a supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 Ford Racing engine that comes with 624 horsepower or 465 kW / 632 PS. The model car is also given a Ford Racing racetrack brakes, a handling pack, and performance exhaust for ultimate performance.

The Blue Angels 2012 Mustang GT will be auctioned on July 28, 2011 with all the benefits awarded to the EAA Young Angels that has been providing almost 1.6 million young people with introductory flight training since the year 1992.

This is actually a third-generation Focus and whether you are looking for a four or five door car, I can tell you for sure it is going to be small, compact and adorable!  Ford is actually using a lot of different technology for a lot of other markets and countries to build the 2012 Ford Focus and I think that it is going to be the best that they have come up with yet.

But anyway! The new 2010 Ford Taurus doesn’t bug me too badly. It’s not solely for family drivers any longer, and the style shows that. It looks a bit more modern — and all I can say is, it’s about time!

However, there are two trucks actually that have jumped up in sales.  The F-150 as well as the Escape are two trucks that have sky-rocketed in the sales department, which has sent production into overtime … which means that more jobs and more jobs are going to be created and calling back, which is fantastic!

Right now, 10,000 units are needed for the F-150’s, which is great and truly puts the workers back up to full-time!

The new model is actually much more luxurious than you would ever expect. It is even considered rather fun to drive, even exciting, despite being billed as a family sedan.

That conjures up some very precise pictures, but the 2010 Ford Taurus dashes all of the stereotypes.

It will be available in August, at a base price of $25,995 — not bad for a “luxury” vehicle that can get from zero to sixty in only seven and a half seconds.

The Sync, powered by Microsoft technology, will be available in 7 European languages. The automaker also plans to release it in the Asia Pacific Region and in Australia.

To boot the 2010 expansion, Sync is getting some upgrade with the capabilities of getting real time traffic updates. The company promises the continuous effort to develop the technology of interconnectivity for the consumers. The Sync system allows the driver of a car to connect to their cell phones and to the internet.

The Sync broke ground with Ford in 2007 when it was introduced as a tool to access phones and music player hands free. Sales reports have shown that vehicles with Sync roll of the show room faster than those without the system. Ford is aiming for a million of units sold by the third quarter of 2009.

During the summer of 2009, new features will bolster the marketability of Sync. The system will be able to relay real time traffic report, sports and weather updates, and a real time turn by turn guide.

Ford Motor Co. will tap the resources of Best Buy to build the consumer awareness for Sync. They will utilize the Geek Squad of Best Buy as their technical support crew.

The company keeps Sync as an open system which allows programs and websites developed by others.

Ford will also introduce Eva, or an electronic personal assistant which will be a new display technology to replace the traditional cluster of instruments.

The Black Hornet is an amazing tribute to the “Green Hornet” that Shelby used to test the then ground breaking technologies of the 1960s. In partnership with Restoration Hardware, Shelby is challenging all car enthusiasts to participate in the online car auction that runs from December 2-12, 2008. The Black Hornet bidding starts at $100,000.

Three-quarters of the Black Hornet sale will be given to the Carroll Shelby Children’s Foundation, which helps children suffering from life-threatening illnesses around the world, and also promote the donations of organs and tissues.

The Shelby EXP500 CSS “Black Hornet” was built by Barry Smith, proud owner of Legendary G.T. Continuation Cars. The Black Hornet is an exact replication of the Green Hornet. It is painted a Stetson black to pay tribute to Shelby’s preferred headgear. It is equipped with a 428 Cobra Jet V8 engine with 335 hp and four-speed manual. It also bears the signature hood scoops and stripes of classic Shelby cars. The Black Hornet is the lone authorized replica of the Green Hornet and is included in the Shelby Worldwide Registry. It has been in Shelby’s collection since 2003.

Recently displayed at the Specialty Equipment Market Association show in Las Vegas, the Shelby EXP500 CSS “Black Hornet” is said to be worth $175,000 with big chances to increase in value depending on the Shelby collectors looking for the ultimate toy this Christmas.

Trucks and pick-ups have lost their grounds when fuel prices increased. The priced of petrol has gone down but industry figures reveal the vehicles, like the F-150, are still on a downward trend. September sales figures disclose that pick-up sales are 26.7% lower.

The lower fuel prices may mean better chances for Ford’s F150 and other big vehicles to be launched by next year. Ford is anticipating though the entry of small European cars by next year which will play a big role in painting the picture.

Ford aims to have small to medium sized cars complement their big ones to remain competitive in the future.

The company has cars like Ford Fiesta on top of its list due for release in North America by 2010. Subcompact lines of cars in the likes of Ford Focus will follow suit.

Officials are even considering bringing to the US the redesigned Ford Ka which will be introduced to the European market early 2009. The Ford Ka is even smaller than the Ford Fiesta.

The company is studying well the marketability and profitability of the small cars in the North American market. The profit margin for the full size pickups begins at around $10000.

Ford is suffering like other car manufacturers, losing around $8.6 billion through the 2nd quarter. A higher figure is expected to be revealed when the company reports its 3rd quarter performance.
